Products are offered as a subscription, to keep your inspection capabilities current as the technology advances. Billed quarterly. Not ready to commit — start with a pilot.
Spiral handles data processing, computer vision model training, and system configuration for the selected use case. Your IT team supervises installation on the corporate devices.
A part type is billed only when enabled at your request. You don't pay for parts you don't need. If you stop manufacturing a part, you remove it from the subscription and stop paying for it.
Spiral jointly with your engineering team configures a digital coordinate system around your assembly or part.
One seat includes up to 10 reconfigurations for new blade or structural assembly types per year. If your assemblies change more often, the additional work is handled on a service contract basis.
Subscription details
Subscription keeps your inspection current with ongoing performance updates, usability improvements driven by your requests, and support when you need it. Integration effort is included as long as it doesn't exceed 40 development hours, covering REST API integration with one internal system, Docker deployment, and user onboarding and training.
More complex integrations with additional systems — ERP, QMS, PLM, MES, BI — are scoped separately at $65/hour, agreed before work begins. Hardware is not included.

Start with a pilot
Run an exploratory pilot before committing to a subscription. We configure either Inventor or Roboscope as a limited-scope installation for one part type or one production line — a full taste of the product, time-boxed. You provide trial part data and acceptance criteria. The system runs on your corporate iOS iPhone or iPad. No integration included.

Who did it and why
2021
U.S. Air Force (Tyndall AFB)
Part of the "Base of the Future" program, this project demonstrated a solution for improving the performance of base maintenance personnel. It showcased both spatial marking and correctness-checking capabilities in an operational context.
2023
LM Wind Power
A pilot installation of Roboscope for wind turbine blade quality control, applied at the production stage between debagging and closure. Tested across two factories.
2026
Tier-1 Aircraft Parts Supplier
A proof of concept for Inventor, validating markings on jet engine hydraulic and pneumatic tubes. Deployed across 40 part types and 12 distinct stamp styles, including text engraved directly into metal.
